Yes, yes today is Saturday but it is also the trial exam day for my academy's Patisserie class. Judging from the photos, I personally think they did a great job considering they are only students but they manage to show creativity that would put some of us in the industry for a looooong time to shame. It is amazing what the pressure of failing in exam can bring out the best in a chef :-P.. Well done boys and girls, you made us all proud today.
