Contemporary And Fusion Main Course Part 1

Ok so I am a Pastry Chef by profession but that doesn't means I don't have to do any hot cooking. As a lecturer in Culinary Art, not only are we restricted by sugar, flour, eggs and fats but we also have supply to a limitless list of ingredients to produce some of the best Main Course in this part of the world. Cooking is very much an art as well as taste as the photos below will testify to and I do believe without fail that judging from the food my students cooked up for their Main Course sessions, they will one day be a great Chef.
