Strawberry Mousse Cake

Strawberry Mousse Cake recipe is one of the most sought after among the many recipes here. Mousse is a creamy dessert typically made from egg and whipped cream (classically no cream, only egg yolks, egg whites, sugar, and chocolate or other flavorings), usually in combination with other flavors such as chocolate or pureed fruit. Once only a specialty of French restaurants it is today enjoyed no matter where you are in the world especially now that you know how to make your own fruit mousse anywhere you are. Fresh strawberries can simply be substituted with strawberry puree if it is not available in the market.
