Brownies

A brownies or chocolate brownie is a typical American dessert. Believed to have made its first public appearance in 1893 at Palmer House Hotel, it is made to order especially for ladies attending a fair which demanded for something more bite sized compared to a piece of cake. Goes well with a topping of ganache or cream cheese and best eaten warm with a serving of vanilla ice cream.
How to make brownies is actually quite easy with the brownies video attached. There are several ways to make a nice one but here I'll show you one which is using the creaming method. In another video I will show you how to make brownies using a much more simpler method. Quick to prepare, this rich, sweet piece of food art is always welcomed with open arms or rather mouth whenever I prepared it. Enjoy...
